§ 2161 Voter Registration Form Printing

The Secretary of State shall print, or cause to be printed, the blank forms of the affidavits of registration and voter registration cards prescribed by this code. The Secretary of State shall bind and number, or cause to be bound and numbered, affidavits of registration and voter registration cards as required by this code. The Secretary of State shall supply the forms to the county elections official in quantities and at times as requested by the county elections official. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
