Key Takeaways

  • •The law allows the creation of a new California State Polytechnic University in Los Angeles County.
  • •The trustees can make deals and accept property for this new university.

  • •Certain rules that apply to the original California State Polytechnic University will also apply to the new one.

Example

Imagine there is one polytechnic university in California, and the leaders decide to open another one in Los Angeles.
