§ 81379 Community College Property Leases

A community college owns a house near campus but doesn’t have money to turn it into a classroom. They decide to rent it out to a teacher for a few months.

The school board votes, and if at least two-thirds agree, they can rent the house to the teacher for up to 3 months without following the normal renting rules.
