§ 56063 Substitute Teacher Credentialing Responsibility

The employer shall be responsible for seeking, and maintaining lists of, appropriately credentialed substitute teachers. The employer shall contact institutions of higher education with approved special education programs for possible recommendations of appropriately credentialed special education personnel. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 797, Sec. 9. Effective July 28, 1980.)
