§ 45355 Examination Fee Determination

The Department of Finance shall determine the amount of the examination fee that would be sufficient to generate the revenues necessary to maintain and administer the examination described in Section 45350. (Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 840, Sec. 18. Effective January 1, 1995.)
