§ 22700 Defined Benefit Program Service Credit

This chapter governs the computation of service to be credited under this part to a member of the Defined Benefit Program for the purpose of determining eligibility for benefits under the program, the amount of contributions required of the member in the program, and the amount of benefits paid to a retired member under the program. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 965, Sec. 74. Effective January 1, 1999.)
