§ 22457 Employment Status Notification

(a) Each county superintendent shall give immediate notice in writing to the board of the employment, death, resignation, or discharge of any person employed by the county or by a school district or community college district in the county to perform creditable service subject to coverage by the Defined Benefit Program. (b) Every other employing agency shall give similar notice with respect to each person it employs to perform creditable service subject to coverage by the Defined Benefit Program.
