§ 19420 Library Trustee Appointment

Within 30 days after the filing with the clerk of the board of supervisors or county board of supervisors of the resolution declaring the organization of the district, the supervising board of supervisors shall appoint the required number of library trustees from the district at large. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 12. Effective January 1, 2003.)
