§ 19332 State Employee Book Penalties

Key Takeaways

  • •If a state worker doesn't return a library book they borrowed, the library can buy a new copy.
  • •The worker will have to pay twice the cost of the book from their salary.
  • •The money taken from the worker's pay goes to the state's General Fund.

Example
