§ 17488 Schoolsite Sale Lease Authority

The governing board of any school district may sell or lease any schoolsite containing land described in Section 17486, and, if the governing board decides to sell or lease such land, it shall do so in accordance with the provisions of this article. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
