§ 17439 Nonprofit School Facility Bonds

No sooner than 90 days from the date a resolution is recorded pursuant to Section 17438, a nonprofit corporation which has entered into a lease or agreement with the school district pursuant to this article may issue bonds for the purpose of financing all or a portion of the school facilities plan approved pursuant to procedures of this article. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
