§ 16715 New Construction Area Limit

No apportionment shall be made for new construction, the area of which exceeds the area of the unsafe buildings being replaced under Section 16708. The area of school buildings shall be computed in a uniform manner as prescribed by the board. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
