§ 16316 District Funding Eligibility Rules

In addition to any other powers and duties granted to the board by Article 1 (commencing with Section 16000) of this chapter, the board shall: (a) Establish the qualifications that it deems will best serve the purposes of this article for determining the eligibility of districts to apportionments under this article. (b) Establish the procedures and policies in connection with the administration of and expenditure of funds made available for the purpose of this article that it deems necessary. (c) Adopt the rules and regulations for the administration of this article, requiring the procedure, forms, and information as it may deem necessary. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
