§ 15749 School Building Fund Use

The governing board of each school district to which an apportionment has been made under this chapter shall expend the moneys in the public school building fund of the district exactly as apportioned by the board and only for the purposes for which the moneys were apportioned to the district, and for no other purpose, and shall make the reports relating to the expenditure of the moneys that the board and the Controller shall require. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
