§ 7006 Board Meeting Requirements

The board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter for the purpose of transacting business as may properly come before it. The board shall make every effort to make all regularly scheduled quarterly meetings of the board available as a webcast when the appropriate resources are available. Special meetings of the board may be held at times as the board may provide in its bylaws. Four members of the board may call a special meeting at any time. (Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 378, Sec. 2. (SB 610) Effective January 1, 2020.)
