§ 4903 Veterinary Board Fine Distribution

• •If someone breaks a rule in this part of the law and gets fined or loses their bail money, half of that money goes to a special fund for the California Veterinary Medical Board.
• •The other half of the money is used like normal fines for small crimes.

A person gets caught doing something wrong that's against the rules for veterinarians, like not having the right license.

If they have to pay a fine or lose their bail money, half of it goes to help pay for things the California Veterinary Medical Board needs, and the other half goes to the usual place for small crime fines.
