§ 4617 Court Injunctions Violations

The superior court of a county of competent jurisdiction may, upon a petition by any person, issue an injunction or any other relief the court deems appropriate for a violation of this chapter by any person or establishment operating in that county subject to the provisions of this chapter. An injunction proceeding under this section shall be governed by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 525) of Title 7 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. (Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 406, Sec. 2. (AB 1147) Effective January 1, 2015. Repealed as of January 1, 2026, pursuant to Section 4621.)
