§ 4437 Pharmacy Audit Time Limits

The time period covered by a pharmacy audit shall not exceed 24 months from the date that the claim was submitted to, or adjudicated by, the pharmacy benefits manager, unless a longer period is required under state or federal law or unless the originating prescription is required. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 706, Sec. 1. (SB 1195) Effective January 1, 2013.)
