§ 3108 License Suspension For Illness

When the holder is suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, it constitutes a cause to suspend his or her license during the period of continuance of that disease. (Added by renumbering Section 3097 by Stats. 2005, Ch. 393, Sec. 14. Effective January 1, 2006.)
