§ 2930 Board Rulemaking Authority

The board shall from time to time adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate this chapter. In adopting rules and regulations the board shall comply with Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. (Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 888, Sec. 14.)
