§ 2481 Podiatric Education Requirements

Each applicant who commenced professional instruction in podiatric medicine after September 1, 1959, shall show by an official transcript or other official evidence submitted directly to the board by the academic institution that he or she has completed two years of preprofessional postsecondary education, or its equivalent, including the subjects of chemistry, biology or other biological science, and physics or mathematics, before completing the resident course of professional instruction. (Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 586, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2004.)
