§ 2476 Podiatric Student Training Exceptions

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent a regularly matriculated student undertaking a course of professional instruction in an approved college or school of podiatric medicine from participating in training beyond the scope of podiatric medicine under the supervision of a physician and surgeon who holds a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy degree whenever and wherever prescribed as part of his or her course of study. (Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1289, Sec. 11.4. Effective January 1, 1993.)
