§ 21506 Secondhand Watch Sale Records

• •If you sell a used watch, you must give the buyer a written receipt.
• •The receipt must include your name and address, the buyer's name and address, the date of sale, the watch brand, and any serial numbers or marks on the watch.
• •If the watch has no serial numbers or they are scratched off, the receipt must say that.
