§ 19940 Excluded Gamblers Trespass Penalty

Any person included on the list of persons to be excluded or ejected from a gambling establishment pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor if he or she thereafter knowingly enters the premises of a licensed gambling establishment. (Added by renumbering Section 19930 by Stats. 2002, Ch. 738, Sec. 97. Effective January 1, 2003.)
