§ 19410 Racing Inclosure Definition

Key Takeaways

  • •An 'inclosure' is the whole area where horse races or fairs happen.
  • •The people running the race or fair decide what counts as part of the inclosure.
  • •The board has to say it's okay before it's official.

Example

You go to a horse race at the county fair.

The whole fairground, including the track, stands, and parking lot, is the 'inclosure' because the fair people and the board agreed on it.
