§ 17095 Assisting In Violations

Key Takeaways

  • •If you help someone break the rules in this law, you're just as guilty as they are.
  • •This applies to bosses, managers, or anyone working for a company or person.
  • •Even if you didn't break the rule directly, helping someone else do it is still bad.

Example

Your boss tells you to dump dirty water into a river, even though it's against the rules.

If you do it, you're just as guilty as your boss because you helped break the rule.
