§ 4625 Regional Center Contract Requirements

The department shall not contract with any new regional center contracting agency unless the governing board of the agency is composed of individuals as specified in subdivisions (a) to (f), inclusive, of Section 4622. This section shall become operative on July 1, 1999. (Repealed (in Sec. 14) and added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 414, Sec. 14.5. Effective September 22, 1997. Section operative July 1, 1999, by its own provisions.)
