• •Two groups (Department of Rehabilitation and Division of Labor Standards Enforcement) must work together.
• •They need to make a plan to help workers who get hurt or have problems at work.
• •The plan is about sending these workers to the right place for help and getting them back to work.

A factory worker gets hurt on the job and can't use their hand well anymore.

The two groups will have a plan to help this worker. They might send the worker to a place to learn new skills or get therapy so they can go back to work.
