§ 18962 Child Welfare Expenditure Report

The county child welfare agency shall provide to the Office of Child Abuse Prevention, no later than October 1 of each year, an annual expenditure report to include funds expended, populations served, and other information deemed necessary based on a process to be developed by the department, in consultation with counties. (Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 60, Sec. 2. (SB 602) Effective January 1, 2014.)
