§ 18110 County Welfare Report Sharing

Key Takeaways

  • •If the county welfare board writes a report about a state-run place or job, they must send it to the board of supervisors.
  • •They also have to send a copy of the same report to the state department in charge of that place or job.
  • •This makes sure the state knows what the county is saying about their work.

Example

The county welfare board writes a report saying a state-run hospital needs better food for patients.

The county must send this report to the board of supervisors and also to the state health department that runs the hospital. This way, the state knows about the problem and can fix it.
