§ 17738 Emergency Program Regulations

Notwithstanding Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, the department shall adopt emergency regulations to implement the program provided for in this chapter. The emergency regulations shall remain in effect for no more than 120 days, unless the department complies with all the provisions of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) as required by subdivision (e) of Section 11346.1 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1437, Sec. 1. Effective October 2, 1989.)
