§ 14400 Prepaid Health Plan Enrollment

Every prepaid health plan shall have an open enrollment period at least once every year. During the open enrollment period the plan shall accept up to the limit of its capacity or the limit of its contract, without restrictions, other than those which may be required by the director, Medi-Cal beneficiaries who are eligible to enroll in such plans. Eligible enrollees shall be accepted in the order in which they apply for enrollment. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1036.)
