§ 11372 Kinship Guardianship Payment Exemption

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the state-funded Kinship Guardianship Assistance Payment Program implemented under this article is exempt from the provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3. (b) Any exemptions exercised pursuant to this section shall be implemented in accordance with Section 11369. (Amended (as added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 559) by Stats. 2011, Ch. 501, Sec. 12. (AB 6) Effective January 1, 2012.)
