§ 10268 Child Care Data Collection

For purposes of meeting state and federal reporting requirements and for the effective administration of child care and development programs, the department is authorized to require the collection and submission of social security numbers of heads of households, and other information as required, from public and private agencies contracting with the department pursuant to this part, including local educational agencies. (Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 116, Sec. 260. (AB 131) Effective July 23, 2021.)
