§ 9544 County Treasurer Sale Postponement

• •The county can delay selling things that haven't been paid for (like unpaid taxes on property).
• •They can only delay it between 10 to 30 days.
• •They have to put up a written notice where the sale was supposed to happen.

Imagine you didn't pay your property taxes, and the county was going to sell your land to get the money.

The county could decide to wait another 2 weeks (but no more than 30 days) to sell your land. They have to put a sign up where the sale was going to happen to tell everyone about the delay.
