§ 9315 Supplementary Bond Assessments

Imagine a neighborhood agrees to pay for a new park. They collect money from everyone, but it's not enough to finish paying for it.

The neighborhood leaders can ask everyone to pay a little more each year until the park is fully paid for. They'll collect this extra money the same way they did the first time.
