§ 8371 Sacramento Flood Control Inspections

The department shall, in connection with the flood control works of the Sacramento River Flood Control Project, make inspections and prepare reports which are required because of assurances given to the Secretary of the Army pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 8615) of Chapter 3 of Part 4. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 454, Sec. 185.)
