§ 75133 Special District Boundary Rules

A neighborhood wants to create a special district to improve sidewalks and streetlights.

The board can't leave out a street that really needs better sidewalks, just because a few people don't want to pay. They also can't include a street that already has great sidewalks and doesn't need help.
