§ 2825 Claimant Decree Notification

• •If you win your claim, the board must give you a copy of the decision.
• •They also have to tell you officially that the decision has been made.
• •This is to make sure you know what was decided and that it’s final.

The board must send you a copy of their decision and a note saying it’s official. This way, you have proof of the decision.
