§ 1600 Water Use Completion Report

Key Takeaways

  • •After you finish building something to use water, you must tell the board right away.
  • •You can't just start using the water without letting them know first.
  • •This rule is about being honest and following the steps after building water projects.

Example

You build a small dam on your farm to water your crops.

As soon as the dam is done and you start using the water, you have to tell the board about it. If you don’t, you could get in trouble.
