§ 1480 Water Plan Application Priority

An application by the Department of Water Resources, or an application by the Department of Finance prior to July 5, 1956, in aid of any general or coordinated water plan has such priority as is now or may hereafter be provided by law. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
