§ 13960 Water Finance Committee Creation

The Clean Water and Water Conservation Finance Committee is hereby created. The committee shall consist of the Governor or his designated representative, the State Controller, the State Treasurer, the Director of Finance, and the chairman of the board. The executive officer of the board shall serve as a member of the committee in the absence of the chairman. Said committee shall be the “committee” as that term is used in the State General Obligation Bond Law. (Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1160. Approved in Proposition 2 at the June 6, 1978, election.)
