§ 1322 Public Notice Posting Requirements

• •You have to put up a notice within 20 days after you get it.
• •The notice must be placed in at least two easy-to-see spots.
• •These spots should be in the area that will be affected by the proposed plan.

If the city plans to build a new park and needs to use some land, they have to tell the people who live nearby.

The city must put up signs about the new park in at least two places where everyone can see them, like the local grocery store and the community center. They have to do this within 20 days of deciding to build the park.
