§ 13164 Regional Water Quality Plans

The state board shall formulate, adopt and revise general procedures for the formulation, adoption and implementation by regional boards of water quality control plans. During the process of formulating or revising such procedures, the state board shall consult with and evaluate the recommendations of any affected regional boards. (Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 813.)
