§ 13140 State Water Quality Policy

The state board shall formulate and adopt state policy for water quality control. Such policy shall be adopted in accordance with the provisions of this article and shall be in conformity with the policies set forth in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 13000). (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 482.)
