§ 1301 Water Diversion Application Notice

Key Takeaways

  • •This law is about giving clear details when applying for something (like water use).
  • •You must include basic info like your name, address, and what you're asking for.
  • •You also have to say where and how you'll use it, like the exact spot and time.
  • •The people in charge can ask for more info if they need it.

Example

A farmer wants to use river water for their crops.

The farmer must tell the government their name, how much water they need, where they'll take it from, and when they'll use it. If they don’t give all these details, their request might get rejected.
