§ 1276 Application Cancellation Deadline

Key Takeaways

  • •If you don't give the information they ask for on time, your application gets canceled.
  • •You might get extra time if you have a really good reason.
  • •The board decides if your reason is good enough.

Example

You apply for a permit to sell food at a fair, but they ask for more papers about your kitchen. You forget to send them in time.

Your permit application gets canceled because you didn’t send the papers on time. If you were in the hospital and couldn’t send them, the board might give you more time.
