§ 12714 Humboldt County Flood Cooperation

The County of Humboldt shall give assurances satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army that the local co-operation, required by Section 201 of the Act of Congress approved July 3, 1958 (Public Law 85-500, 72 Stat. 297, Title II, the “Flood Control Act of 1958”), will be furnished by the county in connection with the project for flood protection adopted and authorized in Section 12713. (Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 217.)
