§ 1271 Application Rejection Deadline

Key Takeaways

  • •You have a set time to fix mistakes in your application.
  • •If you don’t fix it in time, your application gets canceled.
  • •You might get a second chance if you have a really good reason.

Example

You apply for a permit to sell food at a fair, but you forget to include some important papers.

If you don’t send the missing papers on time, your permit gets canceled. But if you have a good reason, like being in the hospital, they might let you send them late.
