§ 12631 Flood Control Reports

The department, in addition to the reports and recommendations made to the Legislature as provided in Sections 12616 to 12623, inclusive, and Section 12626, may from time to time summarize the results of its investigations, studies, activities, and recommendations relating to flood control and other water problems and report to the Governor, and may publish the report in such form as it deems suitable to inform the people of the State concerning such flood control and other water problems as come within the scope of Chapters 1 and 2 of this part. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
